Position: Timecard Data Administrator, Dome Productions
Location: 130 Merton Street, Toronto (Ontario)
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Job Status: Regular - Full Time
Responsibilities
- Accurate entry of event crew timesheets, reflecting labour costs in Vimbiz system
- Compile and submit freelance payroll payable balances to Bell accurately and within prescribed time frame for processing
- Reconcile freelance payroll against payroll report and accurately prepare journal entries
- Verify freelance invoices, investigate discrepancies, reconcile in Vimbiz and process in Bell A/P system
- Respond to all freelancer inquiries regarding their pay or labour invoices
- Complete staff overtime summaries and freelance staff payroll for submission to Bell payroll department
- Database management including personnel information, rates, positions, and vendor information.
- Coordinate with various teams/individuals to ensure accuracy of crew schedule and time entries
- General administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College or University degree an asset
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a role completing financial administrative tasks
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel
- Proactive with the ability to identify and solve problems using sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills with especially high attention to accuracy
- Experience with systems and process improvements an asset
- Strong people interaction skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Total earning range: $50,000 - $70.000. The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company’s current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity
The salary range above includes an Annual Incentive Plan objective which represent 4% of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The Annual Achievement Incentive Plan (“AIP”) payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIP’s eligibility requirements. The AIP is subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.
For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Dome office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Dome offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
