Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate EFP requests from all productions within the Entertainment Group
- Manage EFP camera and audio personal, equipment and fleet vehicles
- Manage and oversee bookings for 299 studios for internal and external requests
- Troubleshoot for all daily shows and suggest emerging tech and workflows
- Process timesheets and maintain vacation tracking
- Manage production budget for EFP department and work with Production Managers to track production costs for all daily shows
- Recruit and manage freelancers for the EFP department
- Other duties as assigned
Critical Qualifications
- 2-5 years Production experience
- Post secondary education in Broadcasting or related field is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of technical equipment and advancements
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working to deadlines and multi-tasking
- Must be organized
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft 365, Monday.com, slack
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
