On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
As Vice President of Shared Services, you will lead strategic planning, operational excellence, and business transformation across Bell Business Market with an emphasis on technical sales leadership and enablement. You will manage cross-functional teams focused on centralized technical expertise and driving end-to-end sales process transformation, oversee financial and vendor operations, and drive key initiatives to support business growth and innovation. This team will provide technical support for customer solutions, assist sales teams throughout the sales cycle, and enhance sales productivity, revenue generation and customer experience using AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a multi-disciplinary Shared Services team, providing direction in strategic planning, pricing, financial management, reporting, and vendor operations.
- Technical Sales Strategy: Spearhead the development and execution of technical sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Implement programs to elevate the technical expertise of the sales force.
- Sales Enablement & Support: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to build and convert sales funnels. Serve as a key advisor to sales leadership on technology trends, competitive threats, and innovative solutions.
- Pricing & Compliance: Oversee deal and solution pricing, ensuring adherence to risk and delivery standards.
- Program Management: Drive strategic programs and projects from initial business case development through execution and benefits realization.
- Sales Process and Productivity: Drive sales process improvements and enhance productivity through the implementation of best practices and tools
- Financial Performance & Resource Optimization: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve EBITDA and customer satisfaction targets. Optimize resource allocation to support technical sales initiatives and certification programs.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Lead vendor and asset management activities, including contract governance and cost optimization.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and robust governance across all initiatives.
- Change Management & Engagement: Drive change management initiatives, internal communications, and employee engagement programs.
- Product Lifecycle & Sales Enablement (Collaboration): Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to support product lifecycle and sales enablement, ensuring the sales force is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to sell the product and service offerings effectively.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic adjustments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.
Critical Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years of leadership experience in technology, telecommunications, or IT, with a focus on shared services and sales enablement.
- Leadership Acumen: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results within a matrixed environment.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial management, and business analysis capabilities.
- Performance Optimization: Demonstrated track record of enhancing productivity and optimizing sales performance across multiple channels.
- Communication & Presentation Prowess: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Program & Vendor Management: Experience in managing strategic programs, vendor relationships, and ensuring audit compliance.
- Education: University degree in Business, Computing and Information Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or professional designation preferred.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
