Responsibilities

  • Develop promotional concepts for Énergie and Rouge in conjunction with internal teams, including content, sales and digital departments
  • Ensure the timeliness and delivery of projects
  • Write presentation documents
  • Ensure the proper functioning of text, audio, social media and web visual production
  • Book and follow up on the production of banners, contests and other web-based promotional and creative media elements
  • Write post-promotional reports and documents and compile the results (participants, web stats)
  • Manage prizes, write rules and winner reports
  • Draw up broadcasting contracts and inventory booking schedules
  • In line with our brands and objectives, submit creative ideas to build audience loyalty and reach new audiences with promotional strategies on-air, on social networks and in the field
  • Attend major events
  • Ensure the sound management, ordering and tracking of promotional materials
  • Contact winners
  • Manage tracking for device care, cue sheets and fuel receipts
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, partners and internal teams
  • Implement tools to improve time management, efficiency and promotional inventory management
  • Perform any other related duties required within the scope of their role
  • With great ease, the candidate must be able to:
    • write and coordinate promotion plans;
    • participate in project budget management;
    • find suppliers and negotiate products and services according to a project;
    • perform various administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in communication, administration or marketing, and/or digital-related is an asset
  • Must be dynamic, resourceful and organized
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Creativity and ability to work in a team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to manage stress well and work under pressure
  • Must be a self-starter with a sense of responsibility
  • Must be able to multitask on projects with multiple stakeholders at once
  • Experience/interest in the field of media is an asset
  • Knowledge of English and French required, in the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
  • Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Facebook Manager, project management software, Canva (or other presentation software)
  • Experience in media or at an advertising agency is an asset

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
