Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Specialist, Sales Coaching is responsible for all aspects of leading and managing incremental Subscription services sales and growth for the retail stores of Bell, Virgin Plus & Best Buy Express.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the achievement of Subscription Service sales targets; drives sales and service experience
- Ensure the achievement of districts sales targets for Bell Residential Services (TV and Internet) & Mobility
- Ensure regular coaching is provided to all stores to maximize sales volume and quality
- Partner with the training team to develop coaching strategies to drive results and address current business opportunities
- Drive the acquisition and retention of high value clients by ensuring the team executes on company selling and service standards
- Develop and find new strategies to drive incremental sales volume
- Keeps them self and the stores they support up-to-date on policies’ and procedures, product knowledge, operational requirements and brand standards
- Assists the RMs & SMs in satisfactorily resolving customer concerns and exceeding expectations
- Providing additional leadership to RMs & SMs
- Provides additional leadership to the RMs & SMs in supporting the success and ongoing development of BRS Prime Sales Associates
- Support the RMs & SMs ensuring the performance and the behavior of all BRS Prime Sales Associates are in alignment with the company standards
- Assists the RMs & SMs with ongoing communication to stores ensuring awareness on company expectations, standards; and encourage and stimulate their active participation to the team success
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Bell Residential Services & Mobility subscriptions
Qualifications:
- At least two years of employee management experience
- Two to three years of retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven sales, coaching and training skills
- Previous experience with B2B and BRS selling a strong asset
- University degree/college diploma (focus on business/management) is an asset
- Customer focused with positive friendly approach demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Working Conditions:
- Flexible to work days, evenings and weekend shifts, based on business needs
- Flexible to travel within the region
- Driver’s license and method of transportation throughout the region

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000

The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity
Variable:The salary range above includes a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) based on average bonuses’ % earned by our employees in similar job functions. The SIP bonus payout is conditional upon meeting all of the eligibility requirements established by the company’s applicable SIP. The SIP is subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.
