Name and description of the hiring department:

As a member of Learning & Development Team at Bell Business Markets (BBM), you are responsible for the data entry of reference material into OneSource. Working closely with the project team, you will be responsible for formatting content in an accurate & efficient manner.

 

The Associate is accountable to research, maintain the organizational structure, and perform revisions and verification of the information library database for internal partners. The Associate must comply with documentation standards, corporate rules and tool structure. Provides support and guidance to partners to ensure adherence and facilitate site navigation.

 

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Convert documentation from former tool to new tool
  • Ensure content complies with corporate rules and documentation standards
  • Update and maintain the inventory as project progresses
  • Ensure content is classified adequately

 

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Bilingualism
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within team
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • MS Excel intermediate
  • MS Power Point intermediate
  • MS Word intermediate
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, organized and self-disciplined
  • Self-motivated team player with strong work ethics

 

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines & handle changing priorities

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
