Name and description of the hiring department:

Bell Business Markets (BBM) is Canada’s leading provider of broadband network and communications services to mid-sized and large business and government customers. With strong business communications expertise and networks that are unrivalled in the industry, BBM defines and delivers the integrated solutions Canadian businesses need.


Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for providing quality and timely service to clients (dedicated or pooled) including those with local, regional, national or international presence. They handle the delivery of simple to complex specialized product solutions from the quotation to provisioning, billing and contracts
  • Research and analyze information to effectively resolve queries and problems.
  • Maintain, reconcile and update client account information and resolve discrepancies and billing disputes, and may create and input billing transactions
  • Use multiple computer systems and applications to research, create, update and safeguard customer account information and maintain its accuracy

  • Knowledge of business products


Working Conditions:

  • Hours of operation is Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, 37.5 hours per week
  • Shift /schedule flexibility
  • Work Force Management environment
  • Based on business needs, hours of operation are subject to change

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
