Name and description of the hiring department:

Brand - The Brand team works collaboratively with all business units to ensure brand consistency across Bell communications including digital experiences, advertising and design. Brand also supports our sponsorship, web presence, social media and market insights teams.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  •   Billing management for the Brand and sponsorships team
    • Processing invoices
    • Payment tracking
    • Monthly Reconciliation
    • Processing of agency estimates
  • Support to the sponsorship team in various tasks
    • Virgin Members Benefits budget management
    • Athletes Connect Program Management
    • On-site support at events
  • Answer technical questions from the team and provide support in complex situations
  • Produce various reports and analyses (including on media purchases)
  • Ensure compliance with accounting rules, SOX standards, and other auditor requests

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Knowledge of English is required : In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Ability to develop and maintain key relationships necessary to effectively accomplish required tasks
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Problem-solving skills - Able to solve problems related to unusual situations and new work processes.
  • Ability to guide and coach others, strong team collaboration
  • Analysis and synthesis capacity
  • High level of essential digital and analytical skills - strong Excel skills
  • Open-minded and innovative in proposing new solutions

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:

  • Knowledge of File Maker Pro and SAP a strong asset

Working Conditions:

  • Full time – 37.5 hours per week
  • Will work mainly from home but will have to go to the office as required

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
