A position within the direct marketing communications team now exists within Bell Residential Services –  bring the best in TV, Internet and Home phone technology to Canadian consumers.

The successful candidate will assist with  the development and execution of direct marketing strategies and campaigns that will contribute to Bell’s goal to be recognized by customers as Canada’s best communications company. 

You will need to partner closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Business Intelligence, Brand and Legal as well as external creative and fulfillment agencies to drive the success of various campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing to comprehend the objectives and build direct marketing strategies to meet objectives, combining targeted mailing, online and email tactics. 
  • Work with our creative agency to develop and execute tactics bringing the direct communications strategy to life.
  • Work with Marketing primes and agencies to track campaigns’ results and provide analysis to continually optimize performance.
  • Other activities as necessary to assist our Marketing Communications team.
     

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • 5-year experience in marketing communications
  • Strong direct marketing skills – direct mail, email and online
  • Knowledge in targeted digital communications and practical experience with campaigns using Facebook Custom Audiences and Google Customer Match
  • Ability to deal with timelines and to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong creative, communication and people skills
  • Great attention to details and accuracy
  • Ability to build and foster partnerships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Bilingualism is a requirement for this role
  • Strong investigative and problem solving skills
