Summary

 

The Principal Architect, Enterprise Solutions & Business Transformation plays a critical role in driving the department’s business Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to define domain architecture, capability models, and long-term transformation- Contribute to EA frameworks, standards, reusable patterns, best practices, and governaqnce processes.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead development of the Future Mode of Operation architecture and multi-year transformation roadmap.
  • Own end-to-end solutioning for strategic initiatives, from conceptual architecture to detailed design and delivery assurance- Define integration strategies for modern platforms connecting with legacy systems using REST, SOAP, messaging queue- Support the adoption of AI-driven workflows, automation, and agentic use cases.
  • Collaborate closely with EA teams on governance checkpoints and architectural decisions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, AI-ready, and aligned with modernization goals.

Critical Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 10+ years in architecture roles and within an Enterprise Architecture organization.
  • Strong background in business architecture, capability modeling, and roadmap development.
  • Telecommunications industry knowledge.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting AI enabled enterprise solutions, including workflow automation, intelligent agents, and decision-support systems. 
  • Strong knowledge of AI integration patterns, including event-driven architectures, microservice-based AI orchestration, and API first AI service design.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or iterative delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Certification in TOGAF or TM Forum Framework.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation.
  • Strong background in telecom, IT services, or large enterprise systems.
