Reporting to the Associate Director, French Digital products, the Commercialization Specialist is the Product group point person for the Monetization, Sales and Creative Media groups. He collaborates with the Creative Media group to identify and develop monetization opportunities. He is responsible to track stats in regards to traffic, engagement, video inventory, sales campaigns and revenues. His responsibilities also include making sure campaigns are launched on time and on specs and building decks and reports.



  • Be the Product group point person for the Monetization, Sales and Creative Media groups.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to identify monetization opportunities on our digital properties, and coordinate their development on our digital properties to  ensure they are launched on time and on specs.
  • Track the key performance indicators, engagement and trafic stats, ad campaigns and sponsorships, identify possible issues and find solutions to ensure all targets are met.
  • Build Powerpoint decks and Excel reports.
  • Proactively propose improvements to communication channels and processes.
  • In collaboration with TV, radio and digital product managers, develop multibrand and multiplatform monetization strategies.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and trends insights.



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing and at least 3 year of experience for an ad agency or digital media.
  • Seasoned user of web measurement tools (Comscore, Omniture, Google Analytics), with a solid understanding of content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Be passionate about digital media and new trends in online advertising.
  • Strong organization skills, rigorous and result driven.
  • Proven skills in problem solving and able to learn and adapt within changing environments.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards teamwork and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in French, spoken and written.
