Job Description:

  • Planning, organizing and managing the work team for the installation, removal and maintenance of advertising adhesive films on buses and in the Montreal subway
  • As part of his duties, the team leader must also perform the installation and removal of advertising campaigns with his team
  • It must respect the prescribed deadlines and requirements
  • He must ensure that he has all the equipment required for his activities and keep his premises clean and safe
  • The Team Leader is required to report and submit documents on a regular basis to the Coordinator
  • He is responsible for sending team time sheets to his supervisor on a weekly basis
  • It must also ensure that it complies with regulations relating to health, safety and the environment

 

Required skills:

  • Years of experience related to this job: 1 to 2 years
  • High School level completed
  • Accountability and autonomy
  • Ability to communicate, both written and spoken
  • Ability to lead a team, respect and leadership
  • Good meticulousness and manual dexterity
  • Resourcefulness, versatility, punctuality, diplomacy and flexibility
  • Must possess a valid vehicle and driver's license
  • Good physical condition
  • Comfortable working at height
  • Ability to work under pressure

 

Work condition:

  • Details of work place: The work is done inside various transport companies of Greater Montreal or in our workshop located in Montreal North
  • Work location: 6835 Place Pascal-Gagnon, Montréal-Nord, Qc. 
  • Number of hours per week: 37.5 h
  • Employment Status: Permanent Full Time
  • Schedule: Evening, Night and weekend as required

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
