TSN is looking for a Creative “Guru” that thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being involved at every level of creative production. As such, we are looking for a Creative Solutions Manager to lead/assist in the creation and ideation of exceptional media services. As part of our Brand Partnership team, you will ensure that our creative development is “premium” every step of the way - from ideation through to production.



  • Develop creative media ideas for our partners/ clients that delivers against their ROI’s and KPI’s
  • Production of commercial shoots, including writing and directing both co-brand and propriety
  • Production of integrated content cross-platform, including broadcast, digital, social and live events (keeping the TSN brand protected, along with meaningful integration for our partners)
  • Work with show producers to determine programming/sponsor opportunities for all studio/live broadcasts, magazine shows and standalone programs. Ideate and share new ideas. Keep producers up-to-date on current sales requirements and strategies
  • Managing and organizing edit time as well as directing editors as to timing, look, and feel of spots and promos. Sourcing footage from the Bell video database. Working within the Avid Symphony editing system and Adobe After Effects
  • Ensure legal guidelines are met for all production. Deliver media to spec and on-time. Ensuring quality and technical specifications are met for all spots



  • Strong passion for sports is a must
  • A minimum of 5 years’ production experience, a plus
  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated in a dynamic and creative work environment
  • Experience in field production and show production is an asset
  • Working knowledge of new media tools and technologies (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), and related applications
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in broadcast journalism or a related field
  • Strong creative and organizational skills
  • The ability to adapt well under pressure and to work in a fast paced environment
  • Has a sense of humour, and thrives in an unfiltered environment
  • Perform other duties as required
