Position: Coordinator, Program Planning, Bell Media

Location: Bell Media Inc. -  299 Queen Street West

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work: Full Time, 40 hours per week.  Overtime may be required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performing reconciliation duties for the CTV Network
  • Liaising between operations and program obligations teams
  • Adjusting program schedule in IBMS after air
  • Scheduling programs for CTV and CTV Two networks
  • Working closely with the TVE coordinator
  • Listings/EPG checks
  • Adhoc duties

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous programming experience
  • Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining extreme attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage up and down, especially when working to deadline
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree
  • IBMS experience
