The Sr. Account Manager, Client Solutions will manage client relations to maximize long-term revenue opportunities by becoming trusted advisors to clients by strengthening their loyalty.  Understanding the technical and business challenges client face, he/she, while on site at live events (sporting or entertainment), understands the customer’s needs, answers their questions, resolves issues and delivers a high level of customer satisfaction by providing innovative technical solutions within a planned budget.



  • Manage and protect the relationship between Dome Productions and their important clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key third party customers
  • Develop relationships based on value, help to overcome issues of price and create strong barriers to competition
  • Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ business priorities, challenges, initiatives that can be translated into Dome Productions solution opportunities
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
  • Suggest operational approaches and technical solutions to perceived production complexities
  • At times, provide quotes and manage event budget from quoting stage through to invoice stage
  • Work closely with customer-facing staff to explain the needs of the client and motivate them to the highest standard of service
  • Updates and maintains extensive knowledge of the broadcast and event production market conditions and current trending technology
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences to maintain client relations, and provide feedback and information on market and creative and technological trends
  • Strong understanding of Dome Productions services; mobile, distribution, studio digital and knowledge of its competitors



  • Excellent knowledge of television event coverage for live event sports and entertainment productions
  • Strong customer focus and listening skills- the ability to rapport with customers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and technical leadership skills
  • Production techniques, operational and technical performance capabilities of mobile technical equipment
  • Self- starter with time management skills, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and react quickly and efficiency to last minute changes
  • 5-10 years industry related in the remote broadcast business environment, mobile production, fibre and satellite distribution.
  • Passion for the mobile business with a solid understanding of technical broadcast production- a huge thirst for working on the leading edge
