4 months of your time in the program will be spent on the front lines gaining a 360° view of the customer experience:

- Customer acquisition
- Customer support
- Customer retention 

Learn the business
Take your front line experience and apply it into two 8-month business rotations.

A university degree completed before the program start date and no earlier than two years before your application date

Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, leadership and a passion for learning new skills
