Job Overview
As a member of the Communications team, the Corporate Communications Coordinator will participate in our efforts to keep our employees informed, engaged, and connected. Working in an constantly evolving industry, we work with a variety of teams to ensure that employees have the information they need to perform their jobs and provide the best possible customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate corporate communications activities with the team, maintain communications calendar and ensure timely delivery;
- Write and edit internal communications and documentation: organizational changes, presentations, articles, videos, technical procedure updates, project launches, announcements, employee emails, newsletter, etc.);
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop content to be communicated;
- GManaging the communications mailbox and ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Critical Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in digital marketing, communications or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel);
- An eye for design and attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work well within a team;
- Strong writing and communication skills, in French and English;
- Bilingualism required in French and English (spoken and written): as part of their duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Quebec.
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Passion for creating content that tells a story and evokes engagement;
- LProficiency in the use of the Adobe suite.
