Job Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the hiring managers by completing the full recruitment cycle for the province of Quebec and Ontario for Bell Technical Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks related to the full cycle recruitment process for all corporate positions;
  • Responsible for managing the integration process for new employees;
  • Collecting, analyzing, reporting and presenting data to stakeholders on recruitment and movement trends;
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to align recruitment activities with Bell Technical Solutions' business needs and identify current and future organizational priorities and requirements;
  • Deliver tangible business results through the creation and implementation of recruitment practices that provide exceptional quantitative and qualitative results;
  • Automation, implementation and improvement of various processes and participation in special projects;
  • Create innovative recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring executives;
  • Review recruiting analytics to identify best practices and areas for improvement to produce better results;
  • Implement marketing best practices to attract quality candidates, increase overall attractiveness and build talent pipelines.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience;
  • 2 years of experience in a recruitment role, or similar;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior leadership relationships and collaborate effectively with executive teams;
  • Proven expertise in conducting interviews (for all levels type of role) and executing full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point;
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Bilingualism required in French and English (spoken and written): as part of his/her duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Quebec.

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)

  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision while also being able to work collaboratively as required to drive continuous improvement;
  • Strong ability to develop interpersonal relationships, demonstrate leadership skills, and interact with different levels of the organization;
  • Knowledge of the Canada Labour Code and experience using an applicant management system;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment (unionized and non-unionized).

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
