The Operational Planning and Technology Department supports Client Operations for Bell Mobility, Bell Residential Services, and Bell Small Business (Home Phone, Internet, TV and Fibe).

 

Budget and Compensation Team is responsible for Weekly Executive reporting, Month end reporting, Budget planning and presentation, Incentives Programs Management, Monthly/Quarterly forecasting, and Expense Management. The team is currently looking for a highly motivated individual comfortable with challenging the status-quo, who will play a key role in Budget and Compensation reporting and presentation.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and design organized and visually appealing presentations for budget exercises, cost assessment, team’s weekly executive reporting, month-end reporting, and any ad-hoc presentation requests from senior management
  • Summarize complex information of various forms into concise and organized presentable format
  • Support Managers to solve challenges, present ideas and build presentation templates
  • Support Managers for data analysis and produce visual aids to enhance presentation

 

Critical Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Excellent proficiency and solid experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to take initiative and have innovative mindset to develop new presentation templates and designs
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with high accuracy and able to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized and good team player
  • Education and Preferred Experience
  • College diploma/certificate
  • Previous experience with PowerPoint design, formatting, and layout
  • Previous experience in telecom industry is an asset
