The Role

The Small Business Pricing, Revenue Management and Planning team has a multi-faceted mandate with ownership of a range of functions including Strategic Planning, Revenue Management, Business Analysis & Deep Dives, and Pricing & Offer Execution.  The team has a passion for creating and delivering on plans and programs that deliver subscriber and revenue results, and focused on delivering ‘Speed x Accuracy’ every time.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Revenue Management, this role will be responsible for financial planning, revenue forecasting, results analytics, and performance management for Bell Small Business. The role provides high visibility and opportunities to influence decision making through analysis and insights. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and presentation skills.


Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Manage the ARPU and revenue planning for recurring as well as non-recurring revenues (one-time charges) with a solid understanding of key revenue drivers including subscriber volumes, pricing offers, product mix, channel mix, etc.
  • Lead monthly target setting for key revenue metrics and operationalize with channels 
  • Analyze monthly revenue results and identify opportunities to improve base re-price through pricing, policy and marketing actions 
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly revenue planning cycles
  • Influence pricing decisions by unpacking top-down financial targets into channel level and regional goals to balance subscriber and ARPU results 
  • Drive improvements in one-time revenues and credits (Install charges, Credits & adjustments etc.,)
  • Identify risk & opportunities in the plan, and present recommendations on gap closures to meet revenue targets. Conduct ad hoc analysis and present findings/insights to the leadership team

 Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related fields and 3+ years experience in Planning, Analytics, Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management, or related disciplines
  • Strong Excel modeling and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize and turn large amounts of data into impactful executive-level presentations
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills as well as a proven ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail; ability to combine speed and accuracy in a high performance role

 Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Ability to write SQL queries for self-serve data sourcing
  • Experience with SAS and/or other database systems



Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
