Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the proper functioning of all technical material and transmission equipment (transmitter)
  • Ensures the proper functioning of computerized systems (personal computers and broadcasting)
  • Takes care of special shows’ (in-house or exterior) technical logistic and infomercials
  • Prepare operating of new equipment/devices
  • Ensures that government broadcasting standards
  • Supervise general maintenance of the stations: electricity, heating, ventilation, furniture, telephone system, etc

 

Skill Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of technical experience
  • Experience with transmission equipment (transmitter), an important asset
  • Excellent knowledge in computing and the Office Suite
  • Autonomous and having interpersonal communication abilities
  • Available to work night or weekend shifts
  • Having a great sense of responsibilities
  • Able to manage priorities

 

Work Condition:

  • Job status: Temporary Full-Time (Pat Leave Term)
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime schedule (Availability to work nights and weekend)
  • Work location: Drummondville and Monteregie

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
