Position: Interactive Coordinator, Bell Media, Unifor 21_M - Halifax CIOO/CJCH
Location: 2900 Agricola St., Halifax, Nova Scotia
Job Status: Regular Full-time
Responsibilities :
- Manage graphics production, design and creative integration on Atlantic Radio websites
- Incorporate contests, promotions, audio/video and creatives using Content Management System (CMS)
- Produce Rich Media and static digital banners and marketing visuals
- Manage and assist on-air and promotions staff in updating content on stations social media accounts
- Track Digital Audio stats and review with on-air staff in Monthly Meeting
- Produce bi-weekly email newsletters for all stations.
- Produce wrap-up reports for all client contest initiatives
- Design and arrange installation of internal and external station signage and marketing
- Occasional Video production/editing
- Design and update sales packages as needed
- Find ideas and solutions to everyday challenges
- Conduct the required follow-ups and ensure good service with collaborators
- Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with the promotions team
- All other related duties outlined by the supervisor
Skills / Requirements :
- Training and experience in multimedia, web design or related field
- Excellent knowledge of social networks
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver
- Good knowledge of Omniture Web measurement tools and / or Google Analytics
- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Video editing skills with premiere and/or After Effects (an asset)
- Experience in graphic design
- Strong coordination and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Responds well to stress and pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills, sense of customer service
- Highly creative, autonomous, adaptable
- Solutions oriented with a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of the Maritimes social and political environment
