Position Description:


The NMT Workforce Management Team, through partnership with OSL, has an immediate opening for a Channel Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will hold a key role within the team by supporting the day-to-day execution of territory deployment strategy for NMT with the opportunity to improve and optimize existing processes for area management and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a leadership role with existing analysts responsible for agent deployment, data analysis, reporting and execution.


Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Lead the execution of territory deployment with inputs to optimization and strategy
  • Analyze and evaluate territory and channel performance
  • Effectively manage results analysis and channel reporting to various stakeholders
  • Ensure integrity, compliance and the optimal performance of current sales lead activity guidelines
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and build on relationships with cross-functional groups

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Proven high performer with a minimum 2 years related experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Flexible and solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt to a complex, constantly evolving work environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to personal development
  • Solid oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong MS Office skills with particular excellence in Excel


Preferred Qualifications/Skills:


  • University Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of SalesForce CRM
  • Experience working in a highly charged sales environment
  • Knowledge of Bell Field Sales
  • Bi-lingual (English/French)
