Summary
We are in search of a passionate sales leader focused on driving significant revenue growth across all Bell Media platforms in the Atlantic region including Total Audio, Total Video, and Out of Home.
This person is a driven and strategic leader who will foster an atmosphere of teamwork, accountability, and recognition. The successful candidate will support, coach and lead a team of sales professionals while developing sales strategies and fostering strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruiting, coaching, and leading a high-performing team of account managers and support team. This includes setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and coaching to success using a robust CRM platform.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Developing and implementing regional sales strategies that align with the company's broader objectives to meet and exceed assigned sales targets across multiple platforms (Total Audio, Total Video, and Out of Home). Must champion sales initiatives using Salesforce and data tools.
- Business Development: Identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with our client partners to grow and generate new business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand as well as accurate platform forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Working effectively with internal departments including finance, traffic, marketing, telecaster and programming.
Critical Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven success in multi-platform media sales and account management, with a history of exceeding sales targets
- Superior leadership, team management, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing market conditions
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Superior knowledge of and dedication to a robust CRM platform
- In depth knowledge of the Atlantic region media landscape
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
- A valid driver's license and vehicle. Travel within the region will be required
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
