Why join us?
Joining the Consumer and Small Business team means becoming part of the engine that drives Wireless, Internet and TV growth for Bell and Virgin across digital, direct and retail channels. We operate in a modern, agile model spanning Marketing Intelligence, Strategy & Planning, Go-To-Market Execution, National Retail Operations and Channel Enablement. For a new graduate, this means you will not learn one narrow job—you will gain a 360-degree view of how a national telecommunications and media provider turns strategy into consistent execution across corporate stores, dealers and major third-party retail partners. Over a 13-month journey, you will tackle real-world business challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, and gain hands-on experience in strategy, analytics, customer journeys, retail operations, process design, written communications and national program execution.
What you’ll do
Upon completion of the program, you will have the knowledge, skills, network and breadth of experience needed to become part of the next generation of leaders at Bell. Through three rotations and meaningful business projects, you will build knowledge across Marketing, Product, National Retail Operations and Channel Enablement. You may support priorities such as partner go-to-market planning, store readiness, process improvement, product and offer launches, communications, training materials, performance reporting and post-launch follow-up.
Here’s what you can expect
- Broad Business Exposure: You will experience the full lifecycle of a national initiative—from customer and performance insights, product pricing and planning through channel readiness, launch and post-implementation review.
- National Retail Operations: You will gain behind-the-scenes insight into national retail operations, store performance, workforce and operational processes, and the in-store customer and employee experience across multiple retail formats.
- Channel Enablement: You will help translate business priorities into clear, executable processes, communications, job aids, training content and launch plans that equip sales leaders and front-line teams to deliver with consistency.
- Partner Engagement & Influence: You will communicate with external retail partners and internal teams, gather requirements, navigate competing priorities, build alignment and influence outcomes without relying on formal authority.
- Executive Visibility: You will share progress, insights and recommendations with senior leaders, including presenting your capstone recommendations at the end of the program.
- Mentorship & Support: You will be paired with a dedicated peer mentor and receive regular coaching from experienced leaders across the business.
Education & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree, master’s degree, or college diploma in Business and/or Marketing programs or a related field completed before the program start date.
- You are aligned with working in-person at a Toronto based Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week. We value in-person collaboration and believe working in-office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships, build your network, and interact with our Leadership Team.
