Bell Mobility is seeking a data driven, creative and pragmatic individual to join the Mobility Marketing Team as a Direct Planning and Analytics Specialist. If you have experience analyzing data and applying learnings to develop a 4 P marketing plan that drives results, this role is for you.

 

You will be responsible for modeling and dissecting business performance to guide data-driven marketing strategies. You will advance direct, social, & digital marketing strategies that drive in-store traffic, increase web visits, and convert more leads to sales across Bell Mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly measure campaign performance and consumer trends to maximize marketing effectiveness and directly improve business performance
  • Report against business objectives and uncover growth opportunities
  • Forecast campaign-driven and organic customer behaviour and purchase decisions
  • Leverage internal and external data to build customer profiles for acquisition and upsell campaigns
  • Partner with key cross functional teams and business units to develop effective 4 P and omni-channel strategies
  • Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to drive buy-in from all levels of the organization

 

The ‘must haves’:

  • University degree or College Diploma (marketing focus preferred)
  • 3-5 years experience in a progressive marketing and/or data analytics position
  • Strong analytical skills; must have the ability to analyze subscriber and financial data and apply learnings to improve performance Self-starter who will chase the “why” and wants to get under the hood to solve complex problems
  • Strong problem-solving skills; can make complex subjects simple and digestible
  • Experience developing, executing or measuring email, SMS, digital and social campaigns
  • Organized with a keen attention to detail; able prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and you’re comfortable presenting

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
