Unionized Roles


Field Service Technician – A Field Service Technician will be installing and repairing Bell’s home phone, internet and Fibe TV.


Cable Puller – A Cable Puller is responsible for the placement and dismantling of copper and fiber optic cables. They are also responsible for maintaining quality customer service, and ensuring the security of the telecommunications equipment on site.


Must Have for Field Service Technician and Cable Puller:


Valid G2 driver’s license (or higher)

Transportation to commute to various job sites (cable puller only)

Ability to work alone or in a team environment

Meet project management deadlines

Ability to distinguish colour-coded wire and read blue prints
Work in all weather conditions 
Ability to climb ladders 28 feet high 
Able to lift up to 70 lbs

Flexible to work 48 hours per week, including days, evenings and weekends 
Strong written and verbal communications 


Logistics – A Logistics Attendant is responsible for the coordination, utilization and maintenance of the company vehicle pool and minor material assets.


Must Have:

Valid G2 driver’s license (or higher)

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

ERP system management (an asset)


Corporate Roles


Human Resources – As a Human Resources Consultant, you will join our efforts to recruit and retain talented individuals & enhance the employee experience.


Must Have:

Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources

CHRP/HRPA designation (an asset)

SAP HR Experience (an asset)

Strong written/verbal communication

Bi-lingual - French (an asset)


Workforce Management – As Workforce Management you will oversee productivity by assessing, analyzing, and reporting employee productivity at the individual, departmental and institutional levels.


Must Have:

Experience in analysis work (finance, economic, statistical)

High-level competence with Excel, PowerPoint and accounting software

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


Field Operations (Management) – As a Field Operations manager, you will be responsible for a team of unionized technicians, whom you will manage and develop. Your goal will be to provide quality customer service. In addition, you will support corporate values and objectives in the areas of health and safety, customer service, efficiency, and product promotion.


Must Have:

Post-Secondary Education in Business, Management or related work experience

Technical knowledge and experience in Telecom (Internet, Television, Networking, Home Phone)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software

Strong written/verbal communication

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


Finance – As a financial analyst you will be providing proactive and quality financial planning and analysis to the Bell Technical Solutions management team. The team will deliver month-end processes and related reports.


Must Have:

Degree in Finance or related work experience

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

SAP HR Experience (an asset)

Knowledge of VBA, SQL, SAS or other coding language

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
