The Role
As a Project Coordinator reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Transformation, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance retail store operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow in project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
- Track project progress and update documentation accordingly
- Support communication between project stakeholders and teams
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Help identify and resolve project issues and risks
- Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date
Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting platforms is an asset
Education and Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in retail or telecommunications
- Post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field
- Exposure to project management methodologies is an asset
- Experience with SQL/SAS or reporting tools is a plus
