Summary
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator, National Accounts is responsible for coordinating and supporting marketing and promotional programs across national retail partners. Working closely with National Account Managers, Bell Marketing and partner marketing teams, the role helps execute initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and sales performance. This position provides hands-on experience in campaign execution, promotional planning, partner communications, pricing coordination and performance analysis.
Role Intent: Build foundational expertise in retail and customer marketing while ensuring effective coordination and execution of pricing, promotional and marketing activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support National Account Managers in planning, coordinating and executing marketing and promotional programs that drive awareness, engagement and sales
- Coordinate retailer requests, communications, timelines, approvals, pricing submissions, and issue resolution
- Maintain promotional calendars, trackers, project plans and marketing assets to ensure timely execution
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, scorecards and account materials
- Support the development and execution of retail marketing plans, campaigns and partner-specific initiatives
- Coordinate campaign communications, creative assets, launch activities and retailer updates
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and retail partners, ensuring timely communication and escalation of issues
- Analyze campaign performance, sales results, retailer feedback and market trends to generate insights and recommendations
- Support retailer events, product launches and partner activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reporting and execution effectiveness
Critical Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales/account support, communications or project coordination
- Understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution and customer engagement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating results into insights and recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, proactive and dependable, with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
- Interest in retail marketing, customer experience, consumer behavior and national account partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Working Conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays when required to support business needs
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
