The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology, under the Bell Mobility and Virgin Mobile brands.

Bell Mobility is seeking to recruit a Customer Service and Sales Support Agent for the Sales Division for Customers with Bell Mobility (EPP) Offerings. Reporting to the CDS & EPP Manager, the sales and service representative plays a supporting and sales role for these clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide our EPP segment and Customers with Sales support, maintenance and enhancement of client relations (migrations and Upgrade) updating and maintaining client profiles
  • Sales of Bell mobility products and services to our Consumer EPP customers
  • Post sales support (order fulfillment), timely processing of new activations. Migrations and Hardware upgrades for our existing and future EPP client base
  • Provide inbound and outbound support when necessary
  • Support – work closely with the sales team to develop and build relationships with clientele as well as increasing client loyalty and satisfaction

 

Competencies:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the cellular industry
  • Sales experience is key
  • Knowledge of Bell Mobility Products ad Services
  • Able to communicate simply and efficiently; able to adapt to different customers
  • Good analytical skills in terms of recognizing problems and making decisions
  • Enjoys working as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Call Centre experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and web navigation
  • Bilingualism is required for Dorval location (English and French)

 

Working conditions:

  • Schedule: Variable Business hours
  • Availability required from Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12 a.m. Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (8 hour shifts). Sunday (Hours can vary)
  • Work location: 200 Blvd. Bouchard or 5099 Creekband Road, Mississauga

 

Bilingualism is required for Dorval location (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
