The Role

The Sales and Marketing support role reports to the Senior Manager of Channel Projects, Planning & Execution. They will play a key role in improving operational programs and efficiencies to ensure retail teams are well supported to achieve sales performance targets and goals. Must be a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for delivering initiatives to drive specific results and projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, distribute and streamline communications
  • Support programs for stores from concept to execution
  • Create and enhance documents and tools to demonstrate best sales practices
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps and opportunities to drive performance
  • Build cross channel partnerships to drive sales performance

Critical Qualifications

  • Must be sales driven with in-depth knowledge of sales process 
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry in Canada
  • Strong knowledge of Mobility and BRS products and services as well as ordering, installation and billing systems and processes
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail
  • Superior communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects without impacting any deliverables
  • Think outside the box and adaptable
  • Results oriented
  • Team Player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

Education and Experience

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or equivalent 

Working Conditions

  • Candidate must work 37.5 hours weekly, Monday – Friday
  • Overtime may be required occasionally to ensure deliverables are on time
