Role Purpose

The Senior Consultant, Strategy plays a key role in shaping and advancing Bell’s AI Fabric and platform strategy. This role supports the definition of enterprise-level AI infrastructure, platform, and enablement strategies that underpin Bell’s ability to build, deploy, scale, and commercialize AI capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Fabric & Platform Strategy Support

  • Support development and evolution of Bell’s AI Fabric strategy, including platforms and shared capabilities.
  • Lead discrete strategy workstreams related to AI infrastructure, data foundations, and tooling.
  • Assess how evolving business needs translate into platform and capability requirements.
  • Contribute to target-state views, roadmaps, and strategic narratives.

 

Strategic Analysis & Business Case Development

  • Develop strategic analyses and scenarios evaluating AI platform and infrastructure options.
  • Support economic and scalability assessments in partnership with Finance and Technology.
  • Translate technical considerations into clear strategic and business implications.
  • Contribute to investment rationales and prioritization discussions.

 

Executive & Governance Decision Support

  • Prepare executive-ready materials including strategy decks and option papers.
  • Support governance and leadership forums with decision-ready insights.
  • Track assumptions and decisions to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with AI Product, Operations, GTM, Technology, Security, and Finance.
  • Coordinate inputs across stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and escalate as required.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6–9 years experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or technology planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and executive-level communication capabilities.
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional organizations.

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
