The Bell Mobility Business Marketing team leads acquisition and base marketing activities for a broad portfolio of wireless services and game changing products that enable businesses to connect with people, information and their customers. In addition to the core wireless portfolio, the team is also responsible for developing acquisition and retention strategies for a number of innovative technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Instant Communications and emerging technologies like 5G.


The successful candidate will report to the Director of Marketing & Training and Development and will be accountable for a range of analysis, modeling and program development to increase retention, drive upsell and grow revenue within existing Medium and Enterprise business accounts. The chosen candidate will also lead a team of Loyalty and Retention specialists who manage contract renewals and customer retention. This high performing individual needs to be detail oriented, strategic, and highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into narrative and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. They must successfully influence and deliver results with multiple cross-functional teams, Base Marketing and Acquisition Marketing teams, as well as Sales, Product, Take-to-Market, Marketing Communications, Operations, Training, and more.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Use progressive quantitative approaches to develop, recommend and implement new retention strategies to attain and exceed subscriber and financial metric objectives within the Medium and Enterprise base
  • Work with the Business Analytics team to execute base management programs that drive upsell and revenue growth within business accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with Base and Acquisition Marketing teams. Sales, Operations, Product, Take-to-Market, Marketing Communications, Training to execute new programs.
  • Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment across key stakeholders and Senior Executives.
  • Build, optimize, produce, analyze, and report weekly, monthly and quarterly results, including the overall performance of programs, segments, regions etc.
  • Actively contribute to the marketing planning cycle, including the development of quarterly and yearly business plans.
  • Build Salesforce Einstein Dashboards


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Advanced MS skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communication and project management skills
  • Analytical and results-oriented
  • Salesforce experience is an asset, including Einstein Analytics, Pardot and Whitespace
  • Understanding of customer loyalty, marketing journeys, and/or pricing strategy
  • Understanding of corporate telecommunications contracts would be an asset
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microstrategy, SAS, or Teradata would be an asset
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results within a large company.
  • Have the ability to adapt to a demanding and variable fast-paced environment, to manage many projects at the same time, to balance the many demands and to establish a priority list of projects in order to respect deadlines.
  • Bilingual (English/French) would be an asset
     

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
