Bell is seeking a Senior Manager, Contract Management – Data Centre Infrastructure to own customer‑specific contractual obligations and requirements across its national data centre portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, this role serves as the single source of truth for customer commitments, ensuring contracts are translated into clear, actionable requirements that can be planned, funded, and delivered across Engineering, Operations, and Delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Contracts & Requirements Ownership
- Own and manage customer‑specific contracts and commercial agreements, serving as the authoritative source for contractual obligations and commitments.
- Extract, document, and maintain customer requirements derived from contracts, ensuring clarity, traceability, and version control.
Requirements Translation & Change Management
- Translate contractual obligations into actionable requirements for Engineering, Operations, and Portfolio Planning.
- Manage contract‑driven changes, ensuring impacts are assessed, communicated, and reflected in requirements and planning assumptions.
Traceability & Acceptance Support
- Maintain traceability between contract commitments, implemented requirements, and acceptance evidence.
- Support customer acceptance, audits, and reviews by providing clear documentation of obligation fulfillment.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Engineering, Operations, and Program Controls to ensure requirements are achievable and appropriately planned.
- Support customer discussions by clarifying contractual intent, constraints, and impacts of proposed changes.
Critical Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in contract management, commercial governance, or requirements management within infrastructure or mission‑critical environments.

Demonstrated experience interpreting and managing complex customer contracts.

Strong ability to translate commercial language into clear, operational requirements.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Data centre, cloud, or large‑scale infrastructure experience.

Familiarity with requirements traceability or audit‑readiness frameworks.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
