Summary
Within the CCX team, you’ll be a vital part of driving our strategic vision for the end-to-end customer journey. In this newly created role, you will lead critical initiatives bridging our Order to Activation and Billing & Payment domains, spearheading the strategic roadmap to merge these dual streams into a single, unified Order 2 Cash customer experience. Acting as the primary liaison and main point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager leads large-scale, high-impact, and strategically critical projects. This role provides leadership beyond single-project execution, focusing on alignment with overarching business strategy. You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure transformational project benefits are realized.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Execution:
o Lead the end-to-end Agile delivery of strategic initiatives that span across the Order to Activation and Billing & Payment domains to support a cohesive Order 2 Cash customer experience.
o Facilitate and actively participate in key Agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) across multiple delivery teams.
Strategic Alignment & Backlog Management:
o Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Epic Owners to ensure the project backlog and delivery execution perfectly align with the product vision and strategic roadmap.
o Assist in translating the strategic roadmap into actionable Epics and User Stories within Jira, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and business value.
o Define project success criteria, manage complex cross-stream dependencies, and optimize resource allocation within the Agile framework.
Impediment Removal & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Act as a servant leader to the delivery teams, proactively identifying, managing, and mitigating risks, and aggressively removing blockers to keep velocity high.
o Navigate cross-domain dependencies and identify opportunities to streamline processes and connect systems across the customer lifecycle.
o Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent, data-driven reporting on sprint progress, velocity, and milestone achievements to executive sponsors.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Readiness:
o foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and adaptability within the team.
o Establish and maintain high delivery standards to ensure project benefits are realized and sustainable.
Critical Qualifications
- University degree, PMP certification or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex and strategic projects
- PMP® certification is required.
- Product Management experience is a plus
- Advanced certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®) are a plus
- Experience in AGILE methodology is an asset
- Proficiency in PM and collaboration tools (M365, JIRA, Confluence)
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
- Advanced financial acumen, conflict resolution, and executive-level communication abilities.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
