Summary

The Channel Execution team partners with Channel Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders across Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus, and Bell Residential Services to deliver seamless retail execution and drive sales performance across our distribution channels.

The National Retail Execution team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Execution Specialist. In this role, you will support the successful execution of sales initiatives by translating business priorities into clear field communication, analyzing promotional and competitive activity, monitoring performance results, and developing tools that help our frontline teams win.

This dynamic role offers exposure to multiple business units and provides opportunities to collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product, Operations, and Channel Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Communications

  • Develop clear, concise, and impactful communications that help frontline teams understand and execute sales priorities.
  • Support the launch of new promotions, pricing updates, products, and strategic initiatives across retail channels.
  • Manage execution inquiries, escalations, and field feedback while ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Create sales summaries, job aids, playbooks, and other execution tools that improve field productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Ensure all sales-facing content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with current business priorities.

Business Analysis & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor and analyze promotional activity, competitive offers, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Assess the impact of pricing changes, sales initiatives, and channel programs on business performance.
  • Identify execution gaps and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales results and customer experience.
  • Leverage data and insights to help shape execution plans and field priorities.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Analyze offer performance, program adoption, and sales trends to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Develop performance summaries and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Track key initiatives, action items, and execution deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Support ongoing improvement efforts through data-driven insights and field feedback.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience within telecommunications, retail sales, channel operations, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Customer and frontline-focused mindset with a passion for simplifying processes and improving execution.
  • Advanced organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technology to improve productivity and effectiveness is considered an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.


 


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.  Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.

Total earning range: $82,800 - $92.000.  The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company’s current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity​

The salary range above includes an Annual Incentive Plan objective which represent 12% of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The Annual Achievement Incentive Plan (“AIP”) payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The AIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the AIP’s eligibility requirements. The AIP is subject to modification by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion to better reflect evolving business structure, goals and strategies.
