The Channel Enablement Take to Market team plays an essential role in supporting the Corporate Stores to meet their objectives by delivering programs and sales support with execution excellence.  Our team acts as a funnel between the Bell 4P Marketing functions and our Bell Corporate Stores.  This role supports all Bell brands including Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile and Bell Residential Services

The Channel Enablement team is seeking a passionate, team oriented, organized and critical thinking candidate for the position of Channel Execution Specialist. In this role, your main responsibility is to manage the execution of new offers, services and marketing initiatives in partnership with the pricing and product management teams.  The portfolio and scope of work in this role will continue to grow and evolve.

 

Responsibilities 

Planning: Support the Corporate Store strategy and manage the project plan and stakeholder team

  • Partner with project stakeholder team to confirm quarterly product strategy and roadmap
  • Manage a detailed action registry with key dates and primes
  • Coordinate between program stakeholders and document the calendar of events
  • Provide insights and key learnings from the sales team to allow the program to continuously improve
  • Be the voice of the store sales team, highlighting risks and requirements for a successful program
  • Manage action items from the Executive Sales calls
     

Delivery:  Flawless execution

  • Develop sales tools to enable Store Managers and Regional Managers to drive store productivity
  • Share material with all sales channels that could benefit
  • Understands the competitive landscape and how Bell competes, identifying gaps that would impact sales
  • Prompt communication with program stakeholders and sales leaders
  • Plain language communications, scaling the execution elements according to the priority to Bell and volume of sales
     

 Measurement:  Program Maintenance & Reporting

  • Manage Inbox/messaging groups and reply to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Complete analysis of portfolio results and make recommendations
  • Measure program sales results
  • Manage store escalations to conclusion
     

 Critical Qualifications/Competencies

  • Bachelors or other equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Experience in store is an asset
  • Strategic minded: Support the Corporate Store strategy and articulate the “why” to all key stakeholders and participants of the program.
  • Customer focus: Keep the experience of our customers, their buying experience, and the front line rep at the forefront of decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to build strong partnerships with different stakeholders at all management levels using both written/visual and verbal communication.
  • Strong leadership: Ability to influence others and build credibility.
  • Able to accomplish work with minimum supervision: self-starter, eager to get going
  • Organized and detailed: Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and find ways to continually improve
  • Analytical: Curious and focussed on using data to determine the core problem.  Can look at data, pull out trends and summarize recommendations for future improvements.

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
