On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations through the preparation of customer quotations, vendor coordination, customer follow-ups, contract tracking, and CRM tool updates.
This is a full time role from October 2025 to end of September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotation Preparation
Assist the sales team in preparing and formatting customer security quotes based on product and service requirements. - Vendor Coordination
Liaise with external vendors to obtain and update pricing for products and services and deal registration. - Customer Engagement
Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes, order confirmations, and any additional documentation required. - Contract Renewal Tracking
Maintain a tracking system for upcoming contract renewals and assist with timely renewal processing. - CRM Management (Salesforce)
Update and manage records in Salesforce including contact information, deal progress, opportunity tracking, and tasks. - Sales Tool Maintenance
Assist in the upkeep and optimization of various internal sales tools and spreadsheets used for tracking sales activities. - Reporting and Documentation
Generate regular reports and summaries to support sales performance analysis and team meetings.
Critical Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
