Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for implementing strategies that will optimize Bell Mobility’s overall transportation and warehouse distribution costs. The successful candidate will have clearly demonstrated the ability to coordinate and lead activities between external 3PL vendors and internal groups.  Our people are making big things happen across the country, constantly by growth, training and personal development opportunities.   • Financial performance reporting for 3PL warehouse and transportation providers on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Lead the design and presentation of annual budgets.
  • Continual review and tracking of freight and warehouse spend.
  • Review, sign off and coding of invoices from 3PL’s.
  • Investigate and reconcile invoice anomalies with Purchasing, Accounts Payable and 3PL groups.
  • Identify opportunity to make changes that will result in reduced 3PL spend and improvements to customer service level.
  • Provide analytical and data mining support for the Supply Chain team to achieve industry leading customer service while optimizing the costs associated with freight and warehouse operations.
  • Designs, analyzes and generates reports for decision support.
  • Support and lead continuous improvement projects including design, data analysis and presentation to senior management.
  • Monitor reports on transactional activity and investigate freight claim variances and adjustments.
  • Prepare recommendations for inventory adjustments and disposition.
  • Coordinates warehouse transfers and disposition orders as required.



  • 3-5 years demonstrated supply chain experience
  • University degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Math, Business or related field
  • Well developed analytical, data mining & proactive problem solving skills
  • Comfort in dealing with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and implement change
  • Ability to model processes and  determine financial implications of alternatives
  • Six Sigma certification is an asset (or equivalent)
  • Thorough understanding of SAP and computer-based reporting system


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
