We are growing and looking for a process improvement enthusiast to join the Operational Excellence Team to help transform people, process and technology.  As a coach you will support multiple teams, engage with leadership and help delivery teams in changing their processes and methods to deliver faster and/or better value for the Customer.

 

We seek a positive and energetic attitude to join us on this journey.  You continually seek ways to improve and evolve.  As an excellent communicator, you love to engage people to talk about process and technology.  The opportunity to apply Agile+Lean tools & techniques is an exciting motivator and you are focussed on providing value for our customers.

Skillsets:

  • Strong listening, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Proven experience in highly technical, Customer focused, fast-paced environment
  • People person
  • Very strong communicator

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
