The Field Services group is currently seeking a dynamic, high performing individual who possesses a solid background in Designing, Usability testing, and Project Delivery to join our team. The User Experience Designer will work closely with internal business stakeholders to understand the business solutions and create visual content for internal projects.


Shared Services, within Field Services, is involved in delivering the best experience for our end users, which include field technicians, testers, assigners, and customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in Business Requirement Documentation by creating visual designs
  • Collaborate with end users to collect feedback, perform usability testing and create content that is simple and user friendly
  • Produce design artifacts such as sketches, whiteboard concepts, wireframes, user flows, functional prototypes and user scenarios
  • Provide colleagues with design support
  • Collaboratively lead ideation, concept development, co-creation and facilitate design thinking
  • Advocate for the end user throughout the a project’s lifecycle


Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Experience in UX or design-related work
  • Knowledge of UX prototyping and visual design tools (example Sketch, Invision)
  • Strong interest in answering business needs while being challenged by the limitations and constraints imposed by each project
  • Hands on working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites of tools (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to present and sell your designs to various stakeholders
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
  • Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
  • Ability to see the “big picture” and hone-in on the details


Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

  • University degree
  • Design thinking courses or experience
  • Project Delivery Experience
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Sketch, Invision, Axure, Principle, Zeplin/Avocode and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of HTML & Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)





Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
