What you’ll do:

As a graduate in Bell's Customer Experience Graduate Program, you'll participate in an accelerated rotational experience designed to provide exposure across multiple areas of the business. Over up to 18 months, you'll work on high-impact initiatives that improve customer experiences, optimize operations, and support Bell's strategic priorities while exploring a variety of career paths within the organization. 

  • Participate in rotational assignments across areas such as operations, strategic planning, customer experience, process optimization, digitization, project/product/program management, and data analytics. 
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making. 
  • Contribute to projects that improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency. 
  • Support the development and implementation of tools, solutions, and initiatives that deliver business value. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and execute strategic priorities. 
  • Assist with planning, managing, and delivering projects from concept through implementation. 

Education & Eligibility

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields, with no more than 3 years delay between degrees.
  • You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.
  • Leadership qualities demonstrated through extracurricular activities and projects.
  • Willingness to work in various locations across the Greater Toronto Area or Montreal.

Core Capabilities & Technical Skills

We're looking for curious, analytical, and motivated graduates who are excited to solve complex business challenges, use data to drive decisions, and contribute to improving customer experiences across Bell. 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Interest in customer experience, operations, strategic planning, process improvement, and digital transformation. 
  • Foundational experience working with data and analytics to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and business insights. 
  • Familiarity with data tools, technologies, or programming languages such as SQL, SAS, MicroStrategy, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or a strong willingness to learn. 
  • Familiar with project and program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, including Agile, PMP, and related practices. 
  • Working knowledge of Lean and Agile concepts, process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, and tools such as Jira, Kanban, RPA, and AI-enabled platforms. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven initiative and leadership through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, athletic, or professional experiences. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
