Join Bell's Finance organization and play a key role in supporting business performance, strategic decision-making, and transformation initiatives across the company. Through our rotational Finance Leadership Program, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple Finance functions, develop strong business and financial acumen, and work alongside experienced leaders who will support your growth. You'll benefit from formal learning opportunities, mentorship, executive exposure, and a strong graduate and alumni network while building the skills needed for a successful career in Finance. 

What You'll Do

As a Finance Graduate, you'll gain broad exposure to Bell's business and financial operations while developing expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision support. Through rotational assignments, you'll build a strong foundation in corporate finance and contribute to initiatives that drive business performance and transformation. 

 

  • Complete a rotational program designed to provide broad exposure across Bell's Finance organization. 
  • Participate in one of two program streams:  
    • Financial Management Stream: Complete two rotations across various Finance teams over a 30-month period. 
    • Financial Immersion Stream: Complete two to three rotations across Financial Planning & Analysis teams supporting a Bell business unit over a 30-month period. 
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and business planning activities. 
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. 
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and transformation projects through financial insights and recommendations. 
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to support informed decision-making and business outcomes. 
  • Build your professional network through collaboration with teams across Bell. 

Education & Eligibility

  • You have completed a bachelor’s degree before the program start date in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with working knowledge of accounting principles 
  • You must be eligible for full-time employment by September 2027 
  • You must demonstrate a good balance of high academic achievement and extracurricular involvement 
  • A minimum grade of B+ in core courses 

Core Capabilities & Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data. 
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management concepts. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. 
  • Ability to learn new systems, technologies, and digital tools quickly, including AI-enabled solutions. 
  • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail, with a high standard for accuracy and quality. 
  • Ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience identifying trends, insights, and opportunities from complex datasets. 
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar platforms is an asset. 
  • Demonstrated initiative, leadership potential, and a continuous learning mindset through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or professional experiences.
