What you’ll do
Through this accelerated and immersive 36-month experience, you will rotate through different areas within the Networks organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, using cutting-edge tools, and working with vast amounts of data, you will deliver actionable insights, manage critical network assets, and drive end-to-end solutions that impact key business decisions across Bell.

Education & Eligibility
- Completed or completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (January 2025 - May 2027) in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Business Technology, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
- Under three years of full-time professional experience (excluding internships and part-time work).
- A proven track record of taking initiative and leading others through student societies, case competitions, volunteer work, or academic projects.
- A valid driver's license (or equivalent) may be needed for specific field-based or operational roles.
Core Capabilities & Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel for data analysis and reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for synthesizing data and identifying trends.
- Familiarity with project and program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Agile, PMP, Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
- Technologically savvy, with a strong interest in staying up to date with emerging IT, cloud, and digital transformation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI tools).
Specialized Focus Skills (Depending on Rotational Placement)
- For Core Engineering Rotations: Knowledge of network architecture (wireless, wireline, TV), routing protocols, broadcast, data center and/or cloud technologies (containers); familiarity with construction drawings, structural analysis, building materials, and quality standards; proficiency in Teldig and Cognibox (for Access Network Engineering).
- For Operations & Strategy Rotations: Solid understanding of core principles for working with large, complex datasets; introductory experience—or a strong desire to learn—data tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python (object-oriented programming), SAS, MicroStrategy, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C; working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
