The Account Service Representative (ASR) will work closely with both the Solution Consultants Senior Service Specialists, Sales Managers, as well as internal departments like Pre sales engineering and network engineers to ensure customer and client satisfaction 

 

The Account Service Representative Role (ASR) is an outbound sales support role where time is spent working with existing customers with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction along with building and processing sales orders within Bell or client radio networks.  The main goal is to enable growth and retention

 

Job Description:

  • Detailed knowledge of Radio technology (commercial or APCO 25)
  • Working with detailed reports that require a proficiency in MS Office
  • Conduct customer scorecards
  • Manage the contact strategy based on customer size and revenue. TOP A & B clients
  • Attend service meetings, set agendas and guide the meetings with key contacts at the client’s location
  • Handle escalations with a sense of urgency and work with internal resources to resolve quickly
  • Using advanced interpersonal skills, be able to respond professionally to urgent or escalated situations
  • Assist with large rollouts by managing and tracking the status
  • Must be able to work independently and with cross-functional teams in order to meet deadlines and manage customer issues

 

Critical requirements:

  • Radio experience 3-5 years’ experience
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Face to Face experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft office suite 2003-2007
  • Can display advanced time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of Motorola, SBT, Tait and Kenwood technology
  • Valid driver`s license
  • Must be bilingual

 

Work Conditions:

  • Car allowance
  • Willing to travel around Montreal region and sometime in other region as often as required

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
