Summary

As an intermediate-level IAM specialist, you will participate in the management and evolution of the organization's identity and access systems. Under the supervision of a senior expert, you will contribute to maintaining access security, improving the efficiency of IAM processes, managing IAM tools, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily management of IAM platforms (Azure AD, Active Directory, Midpoint, etc.).
  • Implement user account provisioning procedures (internal and external to Bell).
  • Manage access review campaigns and participate in associated escalations.
  • Participate in the integration of applications into the IAM system (SSO, MFA, etc.).
  • Monitor and report access anomalies and contribute to their resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to improve access controls.
  • Maintain up-to-date IAM process documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits related to identity security.

Critical Qualifications

  • Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IAM or information systems security.
  • Knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).
  • Proficiency with administration tools such as PowerShell, or a willingness to learn them.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to security issues.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CIAM certification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments – Excel, Word, etc.
  • Experience with access governance tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, Midpoint, ServiceNow, etc.).
     

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
