Summary
Bell is currently looking for a Campaigns analyst, experienced in decision-making and can support the team in campaign execution and management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to hone their leadership skills and support important business decision-making by working with new, cutting-edge decision-making technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with Customer Analytics, Products, Pricing, Marketing Communications and IT channels to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns.
- Actively contribute to the marketing planning cycle especially on digital campaigns.
- Define and deliver business requirements by leading working sessions.
- Evolve the campaign ecosystem to enable best-in-class marketing tactics.
- Increase ability of Campaign team to deliver more, faster, better
- Automate and improve recurring processes.
- Analyze the best data sources and the design and logic of queries.
- Data analysis - analyzing data to provide information on campaign opportunities.
- Data mining - extracting data and identifying errors or gaps in data sources.
- Define overall testing strategies and provide support all levels of testing and defect resolution.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Manage incoming data development or investigation requests and engage stakeholders to understand the underlying problem, base assumptions and desired outcomes
Critical Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in SQL programming
- 2+ years experience in BI, analytics, marketing or related disciplines
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology , BI, Engineering, Business, Marketing and/or related fields
- Experience with Unica or any other campaign management tool (Adobe, Pega, Salesforces…)
- Excellent written and oral communicator with a demonstrable history of developing strong partnerships and cross-team collaboration
- Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
- Ability to quickly analyze information and determine “what does this mean for the business”
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide
- Experience in direct and targeted marketing, including campaign list creation, and understanding of processes related to excluded numbers, the Canadian Anti-Spam Act (CASA) and contact strategy
- Experience with Oracle, Teradata, ETL tools
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience with data modeling
- Knowledge of telecommunication sector
- Proven project management and change management skills
