Name and description of the hiring department

The Client Representative, Project Coordination will support the FSOS structure across various provinces including Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, and the Atlantic region. They will also assist managers and their operational teams. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating recognition events, communication projects, video projects, and visual content for communications.

Job Duties / Accountabilities

• Ensure communication with internal and external clients

• Act as a single point of contact, responsible for end-to-end project delivery for FSOS clients

• Coordinate, with various internal and external stakeholders, all components related to organizing recognition events across FSOS work centers

• Support the project management team by performing administrative tasks

• Coordinate and publish all district communications

• Lead or participate in meetings/conference calls with clients and stakeholders to review and ensure project progress

• Create and publish bi-weekly, monthly, and weekly newsletters

• Make key decisions and propose innovative, value-added solutions or recommendations to foster employee engagement

• Create and coordinate newsletter content and provide visuals that capture reader interest

• Analyze, clarify, and resolve any discrepancies

Essential Qualifications / Competencies

• Ability to prioritize workload while working under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and situations

• Develop solutions to remove obstacles and meet project milestones

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency (Advanced level) in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Proficiency (Advanced level) with Adobe Photoshop and Canvas Pro

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external clients

• Ability to collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders

• Advanced leadership, stakeholder engagement skills, ability to bring people together and drive action

• Knowledge of English and French required, as part of the job, this person will be required to produce documents in French & English

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies

• Skills in data analysis and database management

• Skills in change management

Working Conditions

• Remote work profile with in-office presence ranging from once a week to once a month

• Must be present at the office during recognition activities

• Must be available Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
