Be at the centre of Bell’s transformation and growth on the Corporate Services team. Enabling our industry-leading businesses requires many teams working collaboratively, such as Corporate Security & Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Procurement, Strategic Business Transformation and Real Estate. Summary

The Talent Acquisition Consultant plays an important role in helping Bell attract and hire talented individuals who will contribute to our continued success. Working closely with hiring leaders and HR partners, you will lead recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio of positions while building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders. 

Combining sourcing expertise, talent market insights, and recruitment technology, you will identify and engage top talent, provide guidance throughout the hiring process, and support informed hiring decisions. Success in this role requires sound judgment, a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of positions across Bell.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screens and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and overall fit.
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists and provide recommendations that support hiring decisions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Leverage recruitment technology, talent communities, employee referrals, networking opportunities, and social platforms to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide talent market insights and competitive intelligence to support workforce planning and recruitment decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and process management.
  • Support Bell's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive sourcing and hiring practices.
  • Participate in offer development and negotiations in partnership with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness through innovation, automation, AI-enabled tools, and evolving best practices.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity, candidate information, and hiring data within recruitment systems.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and pre-screening capabilities.
  • Proven experience sourcing and engaging talent through multiple channels, including passive candidate outreach.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and influence hiring leaders through a consultative approach.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and labour market trends.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring leader experience.
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions located in Quebec.
