Summary

The Consultant, Talent Management plays a critical role in designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent strategies that strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational performance. This role focuses on performance management, leadership development for all employees, and high-potential talent programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Performance Management

  • Lead the execution of annual and mid-year performance management cycles, including objective setting, calibration, and year-end reviews.
  • Partner with Digital HR, HRBPs and Compensation teams to align performance processes with AIP and salary review frameworks.
  • Develop and deliver training and toolkits for leaders to enhance performance coaching and feedback culture.

Leadership Development

  • Design and implement foundational and advanced leadership development programs for CP2–CP3 levels, aligned with the leadership skills framework, keeping future needs at the forefront.
  • Manage skills assessments and personalized learning pathways, leveraging digital tools and 360-degree feedback.
  • Organize leadership workshops and learning experiences to build capabilities across the enterprise.
  •  Collaborate with internal and external partners to streamline offerings and optimize vendor relationships.

High-Potential Talent Development

  • Support the execution of high potential CP2 and CP3 programs, ensuring governance and prioritization.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify, assess, and develop future leaders through succession planning and targeted development initiatives.
  • Track program effectiveness and participant progress, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as an internal consultant to HRBPs and business leaders on talent strategies, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze talent data to inform decision-making and recommend innovative solutions for leadership and performance challenges. 
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management, leadership development, and performance optimization.

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or performance management.
  • Strong organizational and consulting skills; ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Success factors) and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
